Look of the Day - 1

Wendy
Engineering

"I love the colors she has chosen. Blue truly makes her stand out. The gold belt gives her outfit an extra kick, and her light make up only adds to her features. A well thought of outfit and look."

-BJ-

"I like how she accesorized herself with the gold belt. It prevented her abdomen from looking disproportionately long as long t-shirts tend to do so. However, instead of boot cut jeans, I think long t-shirts go best with leggings or skinny jeans. Her Zanzibar inspired necklace didn't quite match her outfit in my opinion, as something more retro would do better. Nonetheless, I'm really impressed with how she colour coordinated her whole outfit. I love the blue eyeshadow!"

-K-

"The blue shade looks amazingly gorgeous on her. However, I think it would appear more bold if she sported black-colored pants and flats instead. Another suggestion is not to wear silver and gold together. As her shirt buttons and belt were gold, her hoop earrings could have been gold as well. Consistency of theme is essential to be aware of from top to bottom."

Look of the Day - 11

Nada

"The look is fabulous, but needs some attention. Fashion rule; it dont matter what outfit your in, what matters most is the shoes! She should've tightened the pants so that the bell or bottom part of the pants expose more of her shoe. The pashmina should also be smaller coz this one seems to be all over the place. But otherwise, nice choice of theme..very stylish!"

-LH-

"The earth colors of her outfit matches her skin tone beautifully. I like how she used orange as the inside shirt which brightened the overall look. However, I would suggest the avoidance of wide flare pants as it impairs the fall of her dress.”

"Her high heels really brought up the elegant look. I love the whole outfit, especially the chunky rings and polished nails."

-D-

"I like her brilliant combination of her smart preppy with a touch of punk rock (love the thumb ring). Her light make up and mohawk fringe goes really well with her outfit. I also dig her casual knee-length pants. The fabric and cutting makes it look really comfortable. However, I personally think that sharp toe pumps would go better than ballet heels shoes. Oh well, but she did manage to pull off a killer look!!!"

-K-

"A sharp elegant look right from the shirt up until the shoes. The shoes just dampens the look, even though she could have used a pointed shaped heel instead. The circular heel is too commercial as this look is too classic."

"Black and white are the all time classics. Her shirt gives the simple yet stunning look."

-D-

"Nice, simple and relaxed."

-LH-

"The fashion today has just been great hasn't it? Another smashing combination.
Rule to be learnt: WHEN IN DOUBT, BLACK AND WHITE WILL NEVER FAIL YOU. This sweet thang looks absolutely gorgeous showing just the right amount of skin."

"Leggings are very in at the moment gracing all runways for the fall. They are great for those who like the hem lines short but blush on having to show too much skin. :) For taller people, mary-jane shoes are wonderful with leggings and a hot denim mini just as she has done here. The shirt though could be substituted with something a little tighter to flaunt a figure. Also, remember that when wearing stripes, broadness and directions play important roles. If ya wanna look bigger or play up a certain feature, go for bigger bolder lines that cross vertically and vice versa."

-BJ-

"Excellent combination of colors. Them colors blend well with her skin tone."

"Simple day dress with no complicated, frills and drills. Perfect flow of fashion today. As an advice, find a full shaped bag that matches the dress pattern. Remember not to derail from the color scheme.""

-LH-

"Ahh.. the very Australian look of a mini dress and thongs. Very chic and this beauty
pulls the outfit off excellently. Maybe she could play with just ONE chunky accessory (like a chunky bracelet) but keeping in mind that her dress is the main attraction here. Overall, two thumbs up!"

-BJ-

"Mini dresses made of cotton fabric are kinda tricky. Choosing the wrong one would end up in the girl looking like going to bed. In her case, well, it was just okay. A white handbag would make her look even cuter."

"I especially like the vest that he's wearing. It has the almost velvet-like texture with really nice crafted buttons!! Most vests tend to make one look like a bartender but not in his case. Overall, I think his casual preppy dress sense is quite appealing."

-K-

"The choice of combining a low v-neck shirt and vest outside his fitting shirt was smart. Overdressed for campus, but very well overdressed."

-D-

"This guy has one thing down. The stripes against plain satin/silk? Is hot.. and in. The cut of the shirt and jacket is a sleek slim cut making his upper body looks undeniably attractive. I would however put him into a darker and looser fit jeans which may hide his hideous (yet probably practical comfortable) slippers if he insists on wearing them.. guys..who CAN actually get them outta their slippers eh?"

"The outfit was safe. White shirt, jeans, matching colors of flats and bags. Simple, but not that overwhelming. I think it would appear more stylish if she wore slim fit or skinny jeans to give it more of a chic look. The white shirt is simply cute and her hair is lovely though."

-D-

"Aww... pwetty little thing.. more girls should learn from her that you just can't go wrong with white and jeans. She kept the accessories at bay with simple yet classic pieces. However, the folded up jeans make her legs seem shorter than they are as they add unwanted chunky details. Jeans that are too long should be sent folded in or sewn in to elongate legs and give a boost to the figure line. But this gal got it almost right..a true classic look that just works."
